We are overjoyed to offer the first official LAAIC 200-hour Teacher Training!
Over the course of seventeen days together, we will establish a rigorous daily asana practice, dive into yogic scripture and self-study, and surrender to our higher Selves as we watch all that is coming.
We will be nestled amidst Europe’s highest Alps, surrounded by cedar and pine forests, lush green prairies and breathing in some of the cleanest air in the world. Gazing at the mountains stills the mind. Our hope is that this sacred environment will support your journey inward. By being close to nature, we remember who we truly are.
In the spirit of ahimsa, we are happy to say that LAAIC TT will be a fully vegan retreat training. We will live, eat and sleep in four beautiful chalets that are interconnected—which will create a community atmosphere while still holding space for privacy for each of us. There will also be a traditional European spa where we can heal our bodies with sauna, steam, jacuzzi, and a heated pool.
The LAAIC Teacher Training is a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program. Upon completion, you will be eligible to register as an RYT and secure your personal yoga teaching international insurance.
